the staff was helpful with transport information. i appreciated the sunbeds available on the beach.

The gym equipment was unusable. The running and cycle machines were broken.

kind staff excellent breakfast nice pool

the hotel staff was very kind. they offered immediate assistance when i needed something. the breakfast had excellent choices. it was beautifully presented with top quality ingredients. the location impressed me. the hotel was right on the beach and had a nice pool area.

the terrace was not usable when it rained. water poured through the ceiling.

direct beach access convenient beach bar fresh towel dated room large gap temperamental shower

the hotel location is fantastic. i could walk directly onto the beach from the hotel (i loved this feature!). the beach bar and restaurant were very convenient. fresh towels were always available at the beach and pool.

my room felt a bit dated. the gaps around the doors were quite large (this didn't cause any real issues though). i also found the shower temperature difficult to regulate. i ended up having very hot showers most days.

i stayed in the bungalow beach front. my room was steps from the sand, wonderful. the restaurant offered delicious food, and i especially liked the thai dishes. the staff was also friendly and very helpful!

i found the staff at the desk and the laundry service very helpful. i asked for a late check-out on my departure day, and they accommodated me. this.). the resort's location is excellent, right on the beach.

my room showed some age, with the gaps around the doors being noticeable, though not a major concern.

i stayed in a beach bungalow, and it was literally right on the beach. the rooms are cleaned daily and maintained very well by staff. the size of my room was good with a nice balcony (i spent a lot of time there).
